Yes, we liaise with your local council and take care of all council approvals on your behalf. This varies between council areas, however on average 6 weeks +.

Each of our floor plans has several structural options, so you can personalise them to suit your lifestyle. Common structural options include an ensuite bathroom, butler’s pantry or alfresco.
Q: What is BASIX?
BASIX stands for ‘Building and Sustainability Index’ – it is NSW energy efficiency rating scheme. Each new home in NSW has to reach a certain level of energy efficiency before it can be built, and BASIX is like a point score system – different parts of your home carry a rating that either gives you points or deducts points… so you add, subtract and add until you get to the right level, and then you get a green tick on a certificate that we send to council or your certifier as part of your approval.
Q: What is Stamp Duty?
Stamp duty is a revenue levied by states on transactions including the sale of property. The amount of stamp duty you pay will vary depending on the value of the property you intend to buy and is determined by your state’s government.
